RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WARMWELL LODGE


Your agreement / contract is with Asghar and Debbie Hassanian-E , owners of Warmwell Lodge @ Warmwell Parkdean Leisure Resort, Warmwell, Nr Weymouth, Dorset.


The lodge has a normal occupancy of Four, including children.


The lodge is no smoking. No BBQ and No Pets / Animals are allowed in the Lodge.


No Electric Car Charges are allowed from the Lodge by Parkdean. Guests with electric cars can charge their cars with the Charging Station allocated in the main car park.


Booking Terms

When booking your holiday by email please forward a cheque , electronic Bank transfer or PayPal for the deposit, 10% of the total holiday price (minimum £100) . Cheques made payable to Asghar Hassanian-E within 7 days (or full payment if you are booking less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday). The balance is due at least 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.


Payment by electronic Bank transfer or by cheque will not incur a charge.


The person making the booking accepts the contract on behalf of all members of your party and is responsible for making sure they accept the contract. No bookings can be accepted from anyone under the age of 18.


All female or all male parties will only be accepted at our absolute discretion. At the time of enquiry you must inform us of this and of the ages of all members.


Once there is a contract you cannot transfer your booking to anyone else or change it (including the members of your party) without  Asghar and Debbie Hassanian-E agreement. We will try to help if at all possible. There may be a charge to cover administration costs.

Only people listed on the booking confirmation can occupy our holiday home and we can require anyone not listed to leave the park.


Any special offers must be claimed at the time of booking. We are sorry we can not honour these if they are not claimed when booking.


Cancelling your booking

If you cancel your holiday more than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to your holiday start date any payments made will be refunded. If a cancellation is made after 56 days (8 weeks) you will be responsible for the full cost of your holiday. We most strongly advise that you take out full holiday cancellation insurance.


Check-In Time

Check-in time for your accommodation is 4pm on the day of arrival (subject to unavoidable delays) however you are welcome to use facilities on the park should you arrive prior to 4pm. Unless agreed differently with Asghar & Debbie.


Check-Out Time

On the day of your departure please vacate your accommodation by 10am - you are more than welcome to use park facilities after this time on the day of departure.


Ages of party

Where half or more of the party is aged between 17 and 25, you must tell us when you book. We have the right to refuse your booking


Bedding and Towels

Bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own swimming/beach towels.


Personal Possessions

You are responsible for your personal possessions on park or in the lodge. We are not liable to any loss or damage to these.


Use of your holiday home

At the end of your holiday you must leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any damage to your holiday home during your stay. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation under special circumstances or in emergencies.


Warmwell Holiday Park

Access to the Park facilities is not included in your price but can be bought at Main Reception.

 

As the lodge is on a family park please be respectful to other holidaymakers. Please do not be noisy or offensive or likely to cause harm to other guests, staff or property at the park. If the park management consider your behaviour is illegal, offensive, disruptive or inappropriate they may ask you to leave the park. In these circumstances no refund will be given.


Cancellation by Owner

Very occasionally, in exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel your booking. If we do so we will tell you as soon as possible and you can choose to accept a full refund or accept alternative dates. If we have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. fire or flood) we will pay a full refund.


Our Liability

We accept liability for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of our negligence or wilful default but otherwise are not liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer. Our liability to you is limited to the cost of your holiday.


We hope that you will enjoy staying in the lodge and enjoy your time at Warmwell. However if you find any problems with the lodge or the amenities on the park please contact Asghar and Debbie or the Park Reception.
